Restore your life and home through the following services.

What We Offer

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

$450 per visit ~75 minutes

Initial assessments begin with the patient or legal guardian submitting an inquiry on this website. You will receive a phone call from Hope Restored Psychiatry to schedule the intake appointment.

Patients will open the patient portal and complete intake forms before the initial appointment. This appointment will last approximately 75 minutes and include an interview with the parent and child together and separately.

Dr. Bullard will assess the emotional, cognitive, educational, physical, genetic, developmental, family, peer, and social components of the patient's presenting problem. She will also review current medical records and may request additional assessments — such as labs and screening questionnaires — before formulating a final diagnosis and treatment plan.

Patients will return for a standard medication management follow-up appointment to complete the initial assessment (~20–25 minutes). The treatment plan may or may not include medication. If a patient is in active treatment with a therapist, Dr. Bullard will coordinate treatment with that therapist as needed.

Please note: Dr. Bullard does not perform psychiatric evaluations for legal purposes such as child custody evaluations, establishing grounds for a personal injury claim, or obtaining social security disability income.

In compliance with the No Surprises Act of 2022, the initial psychiatric assessment currently costs $450. Rate will increase to $475 on May 4, 2026.

Medication Management (Follow-Up)

$250 per visit 20–25 minutes

During a psychiatric medication management appointment, Dr. Bullard will meet with the patient to discuss their current medications, any side effects experienced, and the overall effectiveness of the treatment. She will also inquire about the patient's mental health status, any changes in symptoms, and life circumstances.

Based on this information, Dr. Bullard may or may not adjust medication dosage or type. She will provide guidance, support, and education regarding the medications to ensure the patient's treatment plan is optimal for their mental health needs.

Extended Medication Management (Follow-Up)

$350 per visit 40–50 minutes

For patients taking multiple medications with several acute mental health concerns, Dr. Bullard will recommend scheduling an extended follow-up appointment to allow more time to discuss these concerns and manage medications comprehensively.

Rates increased October 6, 2025.

Financial Information

We greatly value the time we spend with each person and seek to maximize the use of that time by focusing on your specific areas of need. Therefore, Hope Restored Psychiatry is an out-of-network private practice — no third-party insurance payer is accepted.

Patients are expected to pay in full at the completion of each visit using a credit card, which will be confidentially stored and billed for future appointments.

A Patient Statement (superbill) for services rendered — including diagnosis and treatment codes — will be uploaded to the patient portal at the end of the week. Patients may use this to file for insurance reimbursement directly with their insurance company.
